U can use the balance on phonepe merchant qr

Note; merchant will incurr 1% fee
So if u scan 100 merchant will get only 99rs

That's unfortunate. I thought the interchange fee of 1.1% is applicable only for transactions above 2k and there is only a monthly subscription charges apart from one-time initial payment for the smart speaker by PhonePe.
