Want to convert Unsecured Credit card to Secured Credit card

I'm still in pursuit of data before taking plunge on another CC, already have 11 cards, anymore & i'll have to buy another wallet to carry them 🤣

You may want to dispute & rectify.

Then brother you need not worry about your score at all. Keep on time payments and you are good to go.

789 is a very good cibil score. You don't need any more accounts in your credit mix to improve it.

If you have genuine need of any different types of credit then you can take otherwise don't bother.

A 789 score can provide you everything you are eligible, that a 800 score can give. Constantly trying to keep score above 800 is not necessary at all. It will not give you any special benifit other than unnecessary tension.
