I have an exclusive account so can only comment about that. Service is good enough to use it as a primary driver however customer care (except email support) can prove to be a dampener sometimes hence preferably having an account in the nearest branch with access to a decent RM goes a long way. As with regards to pre-approved offer it depends upon your usage and profile with them. Have seen people getting pre approved offers post 2nd month itself but mostly it ideally ranges from 3-6 months when you use it as your primary account.
