Wanted an Individual current account at Jana SFB they are saying no. Is there a problem with individual current account?

Sorry, no idea about this.
But Jana is a particularly small SFB, what's the USP of this current account.
If you need any current account , you can check with any of the large PSU banks or private banks.

I know but they have some good accounts

On ground, Banks are not offering individual current accounts. They only listed on their websites...Recently, i applied and all banks rejected

Weird. did they ask for a new FD or savings account too.

No...it seems the process to open current account is made very strict
