I have my 811 dd cc (fd) and now I'm unable to apply for unsecured cc,the bank agents telling you have close the fd card and wait for 6 months...but customer are are telling you can apply ,what to do? anyone has 2nd credit card from kotak?

Cant apply right now... Wait for 6 months.... You will mostly get a pre-approved offer.... I have just closed mine in march...

But many unsecured cc so wanted one in kotak also

Ok Now Please Close The Secured CC… And Apply For Kotak CC With ITR/Salary Slip…If You’re Having A 811 Account Close That Also And Please Open A Regular Account.

I have got Kotak White LTF with 811 account . So , dont think .. Account is an issue .
@soumendunanda you just have to close FD card now . Wait for 6m and you will get pre-approved offer after that ... Just keep using your 811 Account to the fullest !

Same here.... Even after complain to pno.... No resolution.... That is why I guess I am not offered any ore approved card too
Hi all recently I have been noticed that Kotak is now providing credit limit enhancement offer for lot of users who using fd backed credit cards for without increasing current fd.

If u are not getting pre approved offer... Then there is a another way shared by credit card regional manager..... He told me when I complained to pno.....
U can get c2c easily..... Ur card needs to be 9 months old and having limit above 50k.....u can easily approved of any card....

I didn't get the card as my card is not 9 months old.....but he shared the process..... He said to mail to customer care or go to branch and can easily apply via c2c process
