Way to pay rent via Axis Credit Card via RedGiraffe!

Hi Team,

I want to make the rent payment, and as I Redgiraffe charges the lowest transaction rate (as per my knowledge), is there a way to pay the rent via Axis Credit Card!

Payzapp via redgiraffe doesnt take axis CC! And my transaction is getting rejected!

Please help!

I was able to pay on Redgiraffe using Axis Vistara Infinite on Payzapp.

The problem is on newly issued Magnus card, and it’s because of cvv not being used transaction rather post transaction that is why it’s failing at axis end .

I don’t think this issue will be fixed easily

Wanted some clarification on redgiraffe:

After registering with them, for rent/maintenance payments, will they automatically submit the rent payment request to the bank i.e will the amount by automatically charged to the card on the due date that we mention? Or do we have to manually go to payzapp and pay rent?

Recurring charge is only permitted for payments upto 15K per month....if rent is more than that it will have to be done manually

I use redgiraffe for apartment maintenance which is 10K per quarter. Is there a way to disable the recurring charge?
