Weird technical glitch in ICICI

UPDATE:
as per ICICI customer care:
1. iSHOP portal is not live yet
2. Transaction is not showing in the credit card because it was not claimed by the merchant and it declined. I should contact the merchant for this issue.
3. I am a lucky customer to have received the Amazon voucher order even after the transaction was declined.
4. Told me to stop using the iSHOP portal

I am facing a weird technical glitch on ICICI app and for statement generation for one of their cards.

I hold 3 cards from them: coral, MMT and Apay.

The previous month, MMT had an outstanding of -10, and this month's statement was supposed to be generated since I used this card on iShop for a 500 Amazon voucher when the platform was launched.

Now the crazy thing is for coral and Apay statement was generated and sent to email but for MMT I have not received any statement.

In iMobile app, except Apay card, both coral and MMT show INR 0.00 and the date as 00 '00 in every field:

Last Billed Due: 0.00
Current Outstanding: 0.00
Available credit Limit: 0.00

Payment Due date: 00 '00
Minimum Due: 0.00
Last Billed Due: 0.00

This is for coral and MMT. Even though Coral has pending dues and a statement has been generated it shows like this for coral.

Now when I try to fetch the bill for MMT, it shows the the previous month amount of -10.

As statement is not generated if no transaction is done, it seems like the transaction done on iShop has not been registered and hence no statement has been generated.

Customer care email and via phone has been use less.
I told them about MMT and they replied about Apay card. While on call they said, you must have received the statement on Email.

They asked me to see the statement from the "Statement" Section of the card.
When I click Current statement: "Your search did not return any results. Please modify your search requests. (#0017)
When i click Last statement: "Oracle System error. Please see error log for more information.

Customer care has been useless for this.
What to do in this situation?
Anyone knows what is the email for PNO?

Is the amount only 500. Then I suggest just pay that 500 through mobikwik or payzapp etc which let's you pay and forget about it.
If you don't pay , they might charge late fee later.

Have you tried, Icici whstsapp? Check if card wise exact data is fetching or not ??

Sometimes beta stays on for months. Seems like they really wanted to launch it in this qtr

Same here. Bought a ₹500 apay voucher using Amazon icici card on 25th, statement generated on 28th and no where I can see the transaction in the statement neither in the app also.

I agree, as a precaution, I made a payment of 500 towards the card.

When customer care was not helpful, I dropped an email to PNO explaining the issue and then got a reply from their customer care which didn't make any sense.
As per them, the iSHOP portal is not live yet!!
For the transactions, they told me that the merchant did not claim the transaction, and it was declined and i should check with the merchant.

To this I gave them a detailed reply, how I am able to login to iSHOP, which is in beta phase and I got the amazon voucher successfully and even redeemed it.

They called and said that bank-side transactions are declined, and you might be the lucky customer. They added that I should avoid making transactions on this platform!!

I simply said to them OK.

Even after dropping an email to PNO I am getting this response, so I have stopped pursuing this matter.

The only issue was that since the transaction is not showing up, the statement didn't get generated and I didn't want any unexpected interest and charges getting added because of their stupid glitching system.

This reminds me of the Axis reward debacle when they fixed the system and started asking the customers to pay back.
