Weird thing happening with SBI credit card application

Hey guys,
I applied for SBI Cashback credit card from their website a month back, it kept saying they need some more information and they'll get in touch with me.

Days passed and I sent some emails to customer care regarding the status, they kept saying no application exists with the application number I provided them and with my registered mobile number and pan card.

I kept following that I indeed provided correct information but to no avail, so i got fed up and decided to apply again.


Suprise, Surprise
I got the same application number that I recieved earlier, I have even shared the screenshot to the customer service team showing the application number and they keep on insisting this application doesn't exist.
Can someone please help me or share their insights?

Try to apply it from different phone number as SBI process the applications in a messy way.

Tried it, they rejected my application.
I already have magnus and zenith, I thought getting an SBI card would be a peace of cake but ...
Can't argue with their customer care as well, they are the definition of incompetence.
