Weird things by idfc bank

This month I raised the closure request for select card and closed.
1. When can I reapply again for the card
2. Today I tried to apply from my second number but again found select as an option, I chose icici bank with limit 6.1 lakh.
3. Which bank is better to choose do that I can get wealth for sure.
4. I only have icici all variant above 6lakh, HDFC 4.7lakh. others are less compared to these cards.

Please help me as of now I asked bank to Remove my application which I created recently since wealth option is not coming.

Try icici emerald/sapphiro as it has more than 6L

I tried Sapphiro only still got select with 1.5lk limit which is less than my close select.

Ur pincode is the issue for not getting wealth. It has to be metro city pincode

Just a couple of weeks back, fresh application, never had a relationship with IDFC before this.

I am holding 7 cards. I believe there is no limit from Bank side
