What all cards come with "Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav" Logo ? I want to collect all

HDFC Millennia (in my case MasterCard) comes with this logo.

Canara Bank Rupay Platinum

Debit cards I've seen with this logo: RuPay Platinums from HDFC, PNB, BOB, Canara, Union, BOI, Indian Bank, Central and IOB. Visa from Karnataka Bank has it.

Credit cards: I've seen it on HDFC and PNB CCs.

I haven't seen it on ICICI, Kotak, Yes, IDFC or any of the small finance or co-operative bank cards.
