Can you please suggest a good one (in terms of more cashback) among these for general offline usage.
For offline usage, its better to use Axis Ace card for flat 2% cashback. The ones I've mentioned are for online usage.

Yes true. For restricted categories, use ICICI Apay & HDFC Millenia card which gives 1% cashback on almost every category.
