What premium card should my father target for international flights booking?

He books a lot of international flights and 3% from infinia seems low. Flight deals on smart buy are worse than Skyscanner deals

Yes. Vietjet is a recent entry for India. I myself went to Seoul on it last year for just 20k round trip. Used SBI Cashback to pay.
