What does lying discrepant mean anyone can explains?

It means u have uploaded wrong year itr or u have uploaded wrong bank statement. I got this sms bcoz while applying i uploaded 2022 2023 itr so i called customer support and he told me to send them itr of 2021 2022
Not a big deal bro just call customer support they will give u email address and ask u to send itr of year 2021 2022

I gave them the last 3 month's salary slips and the last 6 month's bank statements. And I can't call on that number. I guess i need to visit the branch

They usually need ITR - their phone number is quite callable, maybe find the number from the website.
Send ITR to creditcardpnb2@pnb.co.in
I sent the Intimation Order PDF - Print and Save as PDF (to remove password protection) and shared the resulting PDF to the email ID.

Visit branch with required documents they should be able to guide you resolving this issue.
