Car Insurance - Anyone Can Explain this ?

Purchased Car Policy.. Pre Inspection Done and Policy Mentioned this..

Cost of Repair / Replacement
towards the damaged parts noticed
during the inspection of your vehicle
prior to enrolment under this policy
as per Inspection report reference
number.. duly signed
by you or your representative as well
as the photographs shall be excluded
in the event of any future claims.

Can any one explain this?

Generally we just pay premium and that's it.. I just seen this.. So no idea...
Plz Explain..

Yes... We did denting painting work plus minor parts change..

In simple way is they have found some dent/damage parts prior to beginning of their policy and they will not entertain claims for that part during policy period if anyhow you have decided to claim.

if the inspection revealed dents, paint damage, or the need for minor parts replacement, and you proceeded with repairs for those issues after the inspection, those specific repairs will not be covered under your insurance policy, any repairs or replacements needed due to damages noted during the pre-inspection will be your responsibility to cover, separate from what the insurance policy covers
