In Lounge access, shouldn't Magnus be also equally ranked as Infinia? It gives unlimited access same as infinia to both domestic and international. Scapia has 5k min spend rule and domestic only

Yes, my father has used the PP issued by Magnus extensively and by far that's the best single card for lounge usage

In the official lounge list of DCB, PNQ is included. I havent used the lounge in Pune yet.

Using hdfc smartbuy portal hdfc cards get extra rewards. One can book tickets or buy gift vouchers and get good reward points or cashback.

Eg. if you buy flipkart gv from smartbuy gyftr or apple products from smartbuy imagine store using infinia the returns can be 16.66%, using DCB 9.9% and with most other cc / debit cards 5%. Booking hotels via Cleartrip / MMT can double the discount currently, means 33% returns with infinia.

Point to note is one can buy Amazon Gv and pay off their utility bills. (Do remember buying AGV has 2.5% processing fees on smartbuy gyftr portal.) Still ~13% discount on utilities via Infinia is too good to ignore.

If you use Bigbasket regularly you can buy the vouchers from smart buy and get additional rewards like 250 points for 1500 rupees (5X points) 16%.

I have both IndusInd Eazydiner and HSBC Cashback, HSBC CB works in pretty much all restaurants while Eazydiner coverage is mostly limited to luxury fine dine / breweries, basically large bills (this is in Bangalore).

Also in most cases where Eazydiner is applicable, Swiggy Dineout / Paytm Restaurant Deals is also applicable and Paytm offers the same discount with cards like Amex, HSBC, while Swiggy Dineout offers over Rs.1000 discount on restaurants via Infinia so honestly I'm not using my Eazydiner much anymore.

Can you check if HSBC cashback card gives cashback on Jio Mart, Dmart and other grocery chains? And how much % cashback?

The list isn’t about having all cards from a category. But identifying decent cards in each category.

With your logic, why would someone use all 3 fuel cards and all 4 forex cards mentioned in the list.

Agree, but magnus provides 8 guest access on primary card priority pass itself. For 90% crowd here, this is more than the requirement unless someone is very rich & travels internationally every month.
