What's the average reward rate in ₹?Then I am not interested as I earn way more using my IDFC DC. Thanks for the clarification. Only good when they give accelerated reward points.
The only good thing is I can use the points in SBI to pay the CC bills. Which I am not aware of. Thanks @Anupama_Jha @bhauka11 @Ekavya @aniketkr.sharma
I use IDFC Select DC 0.5% Base Reward rate up to 50K then 10x per 100rs.What's the average reward rate in ₹?
I can maintain the NRV, but unable to find any useful perk over and above IDFC Wealth program and DC to take the plunge.
Even one proper and tangible differentiated benefit can make people go for it. Right now there is none!
5000. used 20k reward pointsWhat was your Apay Voucher value?
No recent 5x rewards and paid close to 3.5L credit card bill payment from OCT.Ohhhh 😦
Accumulating from yrs?
SBI virtual gives you 0.50%, and whenever campaigns run this goes over 2%+ for paying credit card bills, easily beating HDFC Platinum.I have the SBI Global Virtual card MC variant, can anyone share the reward rate for CC Bill Payment via Unipay and Setu

This is unacceptable I used to use Physical Debit Card and now I come to know I could have gotten double reward points with virtual cardsSBI virtual gives you 0.50%, and whenever campaigns run this goes over 2%+ for paying credit card bills, easily beating HDFC Platinum.
SBI offers huge limit, and the reason people don't know much about their DC is mostly due to their complicated calculation 😂
Btw, Physical DC is at 0.25%
SBI DC rewards you on most transactions, except wallet loads. Although the Setu MCC has changed, but SBI DC will still give you rewards.
But paying limit is less for virtual cards, I don't understand either why SBI praising virtual more. Probably due to lower userbase. This is unacceptable I used to use Physical Debit Card and now I come to know I could have gotten double reward points with virtual cards
Should I get Virtual DC on Visa, Rupay or MC to get 0.5% reward??SBI virtual gives you 0.50%, and whenever campaigns run this goes over 2%+ for paying credit card bills, easily beating HDFC Platinum.

If you want the DC then why not? If you have amex/hsbc/sc cards then opt for rupay virtual. It's much better.Should I get Virtual DC on Visa, Rupay or MC to get 0.5% reward??
My limit is 50k per day. In case of physical it is 75k . So not much difference from my needBut paying limit is less for virtual cards, I don't understand either why SBI praising virtual more. Probably due to lower userbase.
They should give 1L, or atleast match physical one limitMy limit is 50k per day. In case of physical it is 75k . So not much difference from my need
I was talking about the points limit. If you use a virtual DC for bills over 50K per transaction, you will lose the value of your points. My limit is 50k per day. In case of physical it is 75k . So not much difference from my need
If one of my CC bill is 60k andI was talking about the points limit. If you use a virtual DC for bills over 50K per transaction, you will lose the value of your points.
Virtual Limit:
Physical Limit:
- 50K per transaction (1000 points)
- Monthly limit: 5L (10000 points)
These limits will help you earn the maximum points.
- 1L per transaction (1000 points)
- Monthly limit: 10L (10000 points)
1. You will hit the maximum points, once you pay till 50K. So, you are getting 0 points for rest 10K.If one of my CC bill is 60k and
1. I paid full using Virtual CC I won't get any reward?
2. If I pay 30k + 30k ? Will I get full reward?
3. Same restriction on Physical card?
Ok! Got it now1. You will hit the maximum points, once you pay till 50K. So, you are getting 0 points for rest 10K.
2. Same answer as above.
3. No, because physical DC reward system is different. Physical DC gives you 1000 points maximum and for gaining 1000 points, you have to spend 1L.
