Yes push your RM. Lot of ppl have been able to get this as LTF. With your Imperia status, it should not be that difficult.

Sometimes RMs don't have enough knowledge, so ask him/her to connect with concerned person who handles cc queries.

If still doesn't work, drop an email to priorityredressal.creditcards[at]hdfcbank[dot]com and explain. Its a long shot but could work.
