What is the max rent you have paid via RedGiraffe using credit card?

The reason I am asking this is because I need to pay more than 50K rent. And when I contacted RedGiraffe some months ago, they said they will additionally require property ownership documents.

So wanted to check what is the max rent that you have paid on RedGiraffe using CC? If it was more than 50K, what all documents you had to submit?

Is there are a rule like that? Who is supposed to deduct? The lessor and then file it with the government? 🤔

Yes, for rent more that 50k, rentor has to deduct TDS on behalf of owner of 5% in March.
