just got the card 10 days ago. How to use this exactly? i understand UPI but what about normal stuff i see i can get 10% on bigbasket but how? i shopped and only got 5% neu coins. whats this neupass how to use it do i need to enroll separately or anything man its a mess

1. You will get upto 5% via Neupass depending on your tier. For legend tier, you will get 5% neucoins. This will get credited into your neucoins balance after order delivery.

2. U will get 5% if you have neu infinity. This will get credited into ur Neucoins balance 3-4 days after statement date

So, u will get total 10% only if u are in legend tier and pay via Neu infinity.

Another 5% you get it after statement generation

You don't need legend tier to get 5% neupass RP. as a Tata neu card holder you get that 5% also .
The tier system is applicable for non Tata neu credit card holders only

While I completely agree, it's a good card especially when LTF. Getting an average of 1000-1500 Neucoins monthly that will take care of one grocery cycle is a good deal I feel!

I don't have the card just normal usage of the neu ecosystem had 2k necoins was about to redeem and saw that balance became 0
