What this actually means?

Hey! So my previous application with HDFC DCP ltf wasn't successful. I talked to their redressal amd then priority redressal for about 3 months now. They asked me to filled many forms then atlast they said application is 90 days old and you need to apply fresh.
I said them that now DCP shows as paid instead of LTF if I apply through branch and asked them to make it LTF.
They replied with following response (attachment). What does PICKUP OF FRESH CARD mean here? I'm confused!

Also reason for application rejection was simple that my house is rebuilding and I'm currently living in a rented house which is just opposite my previous house!

They are asking you to apply afresh and they will convert it to ltf

The word missing is Application(pick up credit card application). They are ready to issue on ltf basis, provided you visit branch with requisite docs.

Ahh alright. There's a problem lol. While they thye took 90 days for resolution, I applied for HDFC swiggy card 💀. I don't think I can apply for DCP now. Bank employee said Swiggy card is upgradable after 3 months. Lets hope I get DCP.

You should be able to apply DCP, you should not have told them about swiggy card..

Haven't told them yet. Waiting for the reply through email for now.
