Have redeemed 19 vouchers in a single bill during August and 16 vouchers during July. Really wonderful service by Lakme Salo. Also gave 1 voucher as a tip to the salon guy. 😂

Lakme vouchers have 1 year validity

It's valid for 1 year, but if code will not work after one month then Rupay team will not entertain you.

For example I got few used code of Nykaa, then I complained and got new code. But if we will connect them after one month they will simply reply with it was valid for 30 days.

Yes I can confirm this, last month only my wife was using the Lakme coupons (6 nos.) and during redemption Lakme guy found that one of coupon is showing zero balance. We immediatly raised this issue to rupay coustormer servies and they resolved it within 24 hours.

The coupon is technically valid for one year, however, you must validate it with a Lakme salon within 30 days. This helps avoid any issues like an incorrect PIN or a previously used coupon, as Repay won’t be able to assist after that period.

It's like you bought chips from flipkart for which FK gives 7 days return policy in case you receive nakli chips but that doesn't mean you have to consume it within 7 days but after 7 days it's not fk' responsibility if your chips give you diarrhea. I hope I did justice with my example
