What wallet apps offers least / no wallet to bank transfer charges

Hi,
I’m looking for a wallet app with minimal or no charges for loading money into the wallet from a credit card and for transferring funds from the wallet to my bank account. My goal is to load funds from my credit card into the wallet and then transfer the amount to my bank account, ideally with the lowest possible fees on both the wallet load and wallet-to-bank transfer.

Could you please share details on the fees for these transactions? If there are any special plans or offers to reduce charges, I’d appreciate knowing about those as well.

I think its Amazon that takes 2.36% charges for loading and transfering is free. If you have amazon pay cc, you will get 2% cashback, in this case your effective charges will be only 0.36% which is too low.
