Apply 1 or 2 cards at once and than wait for its decisioning than go for next....

If you apply simultaneously the chance of rejection are way too high unless you have good score and credit history.

I have applied for 2 cards simultaneously without issues. Although i would suggest that before taking another card you should analyse each card separately for some time to see if it fits you.
