Also, Tata cards' website looks exactly similar to the website of SBI Cards. Looks like TCS maintains SBI Cards website and created an exact replica in form of Tata Cards. Except the theme all the controls are same as SBI Cards website.

No idea. Initially they had partnered with SBI, but according to some, that didn't work out

Seems like the issuing bank is SBI. The email IDs on contact us page has sbicard[dot]com domain name.
