When does the 1.35lk point kicks in after spending 50k?

Once you finish the criter of apending 50k after week or 2 it will get credited. Normally has per their terms spend within 2 months they will credit it afyer 60 days or before that. For me they credited within 1 weeks. It depends.

I got business class flight from Mumbai to USA for 88k miles or 176k MR. Which is worth 1.8lk atleast. That's 2.57x the value of the card.

Of course ! For 4 years I was redeeming American express points for Amazon pay (18k collection).
Then I got fed up adding 1500 x 4 times every month
So I closed the card, because they wanted me to pay 50% fee in addition to all the trouble

I didnt, i hhave othherr plans to do return. But for 1 way, 70.8k for business class is unrrreal plus the added benefits of platinum.

Probably not gonna renew tho.

The issue is that you are evaluating everyone with the same lens. There are many who are ready to spend a little extra for Business Class & Luxury Hotel stays as long as its not 2x-3x of the regular economy flights / 3* hotels. Not everybody is looking for cheapest economy flights or bed & breakfast 3* Hotel arrangements.

Business spends are never a problem with Amex.

They give Business card with same benefits as Platinum Charge card.

Yup. You gotta have Business Amex to do business spends. Low value business spend on personal cards flies under the radar, not high value spends.
