I don't know about age but if you maintain 3 to 4 times MAB and do high transactions you will get pre-approved cc offer within 4 months. One more thing your cibil should be good as well like 750 atleast.

In the initial 1st year, only around 30 to 40k. But around the time I got Sapphiro, it was around 2L
