Whens the right time to ask for Millennia upgrade?

I've the Moneyback Plus (paid) and got it 8 months ago. Spend waiver was 50K but I've already spent 2.4L on it. I also have Tata Neu and Swiggy. I don't have any preapproved offers for Millennia as if now. Should I ask them for the upgrade? Or wait for preapproved offer?

Dont wait, you have right amount of spending on this card. Also if they dont budge try again at 13th month

If the card is at least 6 months old (which it is in your case) & the credit limit on it is 1L or more, then you'll almost certainly get upgraded to Millenia. Just send a simple upgrade request email to Customer Support.

Got turned down. Probably because I got Swiggy last month.
Sent an email to Grievance.Redressal@hdfcbank.com on Sunday for Credit Card Upgrade and Limit Increase. Got an reply from escalation.cc@hdfcbank.com today declining saying "We are unable to accommodate your request for a MILLENNIA credit card at this point of time." and "We wish to assure you that the limit assigned to the credit card is reviewed every 6 months based on usage and payment pattern on the card account.".
Yh I'm shifting to ICICI Apay as primary.

I don't think that's the reason. I got my Swiggy card on 8th Aug and requested Millennia upgrade (from MB+) on 21st August, still my card was upgraded.

Just to confirm, is your credit limit >= 1L? If so, it should just be a matter of time before your upgrade request is accepted.

Hi, can anyone tell me if it is possible to convert 3-4 months old FYF Tata Neu infinity into some other LTF core cc?
This card hasnt been of much use to me, and I looking to get Regalia gold if possible as it provides better value (but I dont fulfil the salary requirement by 2-3lacs)
Also, I am looking to open Classic salary account with them.

Yep. It is 1.5L.
Applied for and approved for the Tata Neu Infinity and Swiggy on 21st birthday.

No its not! close the card and apply next year. HDFC does not do manual LTF upgrades.

And ask their retention once if they call for LTF, else close it.

If you are going to open a new salary a/c with them then better close this card.
You will get a core card LTF, but it will be a slow burn
HDFC offers millennia LTF for 1l+ salary credit

Sorry but I dont understand the meaning of slow burn, do you mean it'll take time?

They offer only a millennia LTF for 1L+? Isn't it a basic range card? Some of my acquaintances have regalia gold but it is paid.

No, they will offer you millennia for <1L too, for LTF 1L+ salary is required.
Slow burn means you will be offered moneyback+ first, just dont accept it, afterwards offer will refresh
