Can anyone tell me that when i make a purchase from hdfc smartbuy it's a amazon pay voucher... They say that. I pay 10295 and I'll get a 500 back cashback.... So where was this cashback credited i also attach a screenshot here.... This is my first time to use smartbuy from my Hdfc platinum debit card...

i also didn't get the CB. i bought it using BizFIrst credit card on 14th august. is it necessary to complete KYC to get 5% CB? i am facing issue in completing KYC. getting "PAN is already registered". however it's not registered anywhere else.

i have same problem but now its solved.... do check cashback point in HDFC bank app
go to left three lines there is an option of pay click there .. there is another option of cards here you will see all your cashback point 🙂
