3. I am trying to forget the fact my 20's are over and beginning my 30's I dont need apps and IVR keep reminding it to me everytime

Dw back pain, stiff neck will keep on reminding you. If you aren't married , all friends/relatives/colleagues/random strangers will remind you are in your 30s & you shouldn't delay it any longer.(story of my life.) If you are married, you know what theyll ask of you. There's a great Bill Burr special on this.😁
