Which Axis CC to choose for C2C application with 2L existing limit?

joell

TF Select
I'm a student. I currently hold HDFC Millennia (2L) ICICI (50K+50K) for C2C. I already have Amex, Federal, Kotak and Indusind. NTB to Axis. I wanna get Atlas but it requires 5L CL. What other Axis cards should I got for to maximize C2C application?
1) Is it possible to get Horizon? Vistara Signature is another option but idk where it stands after the AI merger. Is is harder to get a core card from Axis after a cobranded card like HDFC?

2) And from what you guys have seen will the limit between higher or lower from Axis?

3) Can Axis C2C be done online? I asked RM for Neo C2C and she said to apply online. But Atlas C2C was offline apparently. is applying online C2C?

Note - My Ace application was declined 4 months ago via GPay when my HDFC limit was 50K. Probably because I applied for ICICI on the same day. I sent an email to them asking why and they said they'll get back to me in a week.

Apply with whichever has highest limit or is the most premium card. What variants are your ICICI, Amex, Federal, Kotak and IndusInd and their limits?
Indusind Legend 56K, Amex Smartearn 35K, Federal Signet 42K, ICICI Apay and Coral with 50K each. HDFC Millennia, Neu Plus, Swiggy 2L
How do you find out which cards are available?

Then unquestionably you should apply with Millennia 2L limit. I don't think Axis will directly give you Atlas given other card limits and being NTB (New to Bank) to Axis so I think go for any decent rewarding Axis card like Neo or Airtel and then get Atlas as 2nd card after 3 months

I looked over their portfolio. Horizon is the best fit for me. Followed by Select. But the RM was clueless about C2C for Horizon. And I haven't heard anyone mention Horizon C2C on the forum. An axis agent could chime in.

Vistara Signature would've been great but they stopped issuing them.

1.Your RM is a complete nutcase.
2. Do they offer Amex Smartearn to students? How did you get these cards without any income proof?
3. According to some sources, Axis is currently looking for 5L CL on the current credit card. Perhaps that varies from one branch to another.
4. There is no such core - co-branded nonsense with Ax$hit.
5. If they don't allow C2C, apply for Neo, My Zone, Airtel. They are giving out these cards like cookies these days.

Axis generally allows only their high end cards to be applied for via C2C basis route ,
for this , you need other banks card of 4L CL or something in that range ..
and these are also on offline basis..

Here the c2c host card limit(& tier) matters. So you should choose millennia with 2l cl.

No. In axis sequence doesn't matter.

You cant be certain. generally yes, hdfc, amex are most stringent with limit. But as you are student, you might not get 2L at axis.

Axis C2c has to be applied through agent.

Atlas doesn't need 5L cl. 1st get any card. After 3-6m, many axis cc will be preapproved. I think Atlas requires 1.5-2l cl on axis card.

Mark this as solution if this answers your query. 😋

So I can go from MyZone to Altas if required?
I talked to @Alwàys_Bélîevé_Yøursélf🎯 He said Horizon is not available for Axis Bank customers. It's only Convert X Citi bank customers, Vistara signature also stopped due to the AI merger.

I applied as self-employed with 2.2L ITR. No enquiry in last 3 months. got approved with a 35K limit.

I've got a few more questions
1) Does Axis look at the number of recent enquiries? (I've HDFC, IDFC and Amex hits in the last 30 days)
2) I'm thinking of opening a Prestige or Liberty account (25K/75K MAB) to get myZone preapproved. The pre-approved limit will be lower than Millennia for sure. So can I get a C2C limit increase with the HDFC statement?
3) Which card would you choose to start out with? MyZone seems to be a fit for me. Select and Privilege feels like shit tbh.

I'm pissed at HDFC at the moment for no limit increases in the last year (60K unsecured and 1.4L secured). I asked them to match the FD amount and they said no. So, I'm shifting spends to ICICI (50K, 3-month-old), IndusInd (90K) and Amex (45K) for the next 2-3 months. So, hopefully, that'll make HDFC reconsider. They rejected my Mariott Bonvoy card as well. waiting for the reason why.

They rejected bonvoy because you have a secured card.

I applied as a student. If I give salaried and give 40-50K as salary will they ask for proof? And will that help in getting CE? I've over a year of history with HDFC. Is it 3 or 6 months before i can apply again?

Even if I hold existing cards with them? I'vent heard existing cc holders have being asked for proof before. But I'm curious. I applied for Swiggy and Neu as self-employed 2.9L on the same day and both approved without proof.
Then anyone can put 2cr income & get infinia.
Case of cobranded cc are diff. You were already eligible, it didn't depend on your input.
