Which banks allow us to easily & properly turn off SMS alert charges, or SMS alerts r free in that bank ?

10k for ICICI , 0 balance /5k Maintainence for FEDERAL BANK , tell me abt these 2.
In ICICI can we turn off by calling customer care ??
Has anyone been able to do it in recent 1-2 yrs by calling ICICI customer care ??

I recently opened the digisave account but I turned off all the alerts from my net banking Website or app but I still receiving the message of transaction when I make any. Any other thing to do because I don't want to be charged 20 paise + gst.

They won't charge anything if alerts are turned off from app.
Those are mandatory alerts(free of cost)

1) Bro, by default SMS off rheta hai SBI mein and tab charges nahi lagta, that doesn't mean SMS recieved hi nahi hota jab MB/IB se khudse turn on karoge uske liye hai like lein/hold ke liye, cheque dishonour ke liye, predefined balance limit/ threshold kam hone pe, wagerah wagerah wo bhi waive off hai, NMC & SMS charge from March 11, 2020SBI :

Aap dikhaiye na jaha SBI mein charges mentioned ho ya laga ho, uss PDF mein nahi hai Nil likha instead 12+GST/ qtr already dekh rakha hoon mein🤣
2) Kotak ke case mein bhi same hai by default value added SMS off rehta hai and kuch charges nahi lagta unless daily/weekly balance ka alerts khudse on na karein
Aaj tak mera toh nahi lag aur jaane wala ka...
Proofs chahiye toh bataiyega 🙂

As per the aforementioned document, SBI actually doesn't charge for SMS. At least for now. Might change in the future.

AU charges upto Rs. 15 per quarter (depending upon the no. of alerts) for their Digital Savings Account (0 balance account), but the SMS alerts can be turned off from the mobile app.
Then use axis credit card for transaction.
For account - 1 or 2 transaction is enough per quarter
