Which Cards get access to 080 Lounge (Dom) Terminal 1

Hello Everyone

In few days i'm flying from blr to del from terminal 1 and i'm curious about getting a free access in 080 lounge and i also heard that they keep changing cards every week so those who have made free access to 080 terminal 1 domestic please tell us from which card you get entry and if there's a list it would be grateful
