Which CC I should go for as my first credit card?

Hey guys, I'm a salaried person (22M) with the CTC of 12 LPA and 96k as in hand salary. This is actually my first time making this much money and I don't really have any idea about CC's. I know there are great benefits which is why I wanted to know which credit card I should opt for? Also how I should make the best out of it. Feel free to post in detailed explanation because I'm going to read it all. Thanks in advance! (@SSV I'd really appreciate your thoughts on this, I've heard a lot about you)

Do you have a prior credit history?
Which bank is your Salary Account?
Average monthly/annual spending and where do you spend most?
Generic Suggestion:
Online Shopping: SBI CB > HDFC Swiggy > Apay > Flipkart Axis
Utilities: Axis Airtel/Ace
Offline: Yes Kiwi > Indusind Rupay > HDFC Tata Neu
Movies: IndusInd Tiger or Eazydiner Signature or BOGO cards
Food: SBI CB and HDFC Swiggy

The below are entry-level power-packed cards. Try to get any one or two of the following..
SBI Cashback - 5% cashback on online spends. (1000 joining and annual fee)
HDFC Swiggy Card - 10% Swiggy, 5% certain other online transactions. (LTF as of now)
ICICI Amazon pay - 5% in Amazon, 1% others (LTF)
Kiwi App (Yes bank Rupay CC) - 2% cashback for UPI scan and pay. (LTF)

Would recommend one of the following for a first CC:

1. HDFC Regalia Gold/ Millennia
2. Amex MRCC (avoid direct, get via referral)
3. HSBC Live+

Even if you choose any other, preferably get a core card than a co-branded one.

Prior Credit History: If loan counts as credit history then I had one small loan of 75k which I already paid off and currently another loan of 1.25Lakhs is going on because of which my Cibil score currently stands as 752/900. If you're asking as I had any CC in past then No.

Salary account: HDFC

Average monthly spending: 35k - 50k

Where do I spend most: Day to day regular costs like electricity, ration, etc.

I don't usually do online shopping. I want to make a strong credit background or score or whatever the technical term is. Do let me know if you want to know more

If you don't mind the card fees -
Check on SBI sprint portal for SBI cashback card.
Then check your hdfc netbanking for any pre-approved offers of cards. Do check for the card reviews here on this forum.
Then for your utlity spends under 2k per month take rupay platinum debit cards. If more than 2k then go for Axis ace. Check GPay for Ace offer.
For offline UPI spends check out Kiwi card.

No one can guarantee approvals but you may try these cards according to the eligibility.

Choose a card based on your dreamed life style.
If you are into travel etc choose rewards type cards that will help you in accumulating rewards
If not then simple cash back cards are better.
Once you start using any card with time you may decide to get better cards according to your updated lifestyles
I prefer rewards card and buy apay coupons from which I pay utility bills

First check your free CIBIL score here:

or from Amzon, Gpay etc..
As you already had a small loan account history you should have some CIBIL score which should be of some decent level.. (lets know your CIBIL score)
then
Apply for SBI Cashback card from here..

Start your journey with this card, then you can have some more cards in the due course depending upon your needs.

all the best..
