Which credit card more beneficial for offline Grocery buy AU LIT or HSBC Cashback card ?

LIT - needs subscriptions, and can be utilized along with Grocery, some other offline purchases.

5% additional cashback - 354Rs.
10x rewards offline - 354Rs.
5% cashback on grocery - 354Rs.

So, with limits in consideration (max. 10k) on paying 1062Rs. you'll get 12.5% upto 3 months.

HSBC Cashback, can be used for dining, grocery purchases.

10% cashback - 1180Rs.

So, with limits in consideration (max. 10k) on paying 1180rs. you'll get 10% upto 12 months.

NOte: Both cards depends on MCC. So, if mcc eligible you'll get otherwise not.
 
I feel if your spends on groceries are quite regular and offline only, then AU Lit will provide better cashback. As it's LTF, you won't have to worry about fees, and you can activate 5% offline feature, 10* reward points offline feature, 5% grocery feature as well as 2% (upto 100 a month) feature, and that will be all.

the listed featres combinedly cost 1500 per quarter = 5700 rs. annual fee.

Its not LTF card (if you utlize those features, without it its not even worth to keep), and you have to worry about fees. Its semi-premium card.

Hence, HSBC cashback is better...
if we do expenditure of rs. 10,000 per month
for AU LIT, As with paying yearly Rs. 5600, I will get rs. 1300 return per month i.e Rs. 15600 I,e Rs. 10000 profit
whereas HSBC cashback, paying Rs. 1200 per year, I can get Rs. 12000 yearly return i.e Rs. 10800 Profit
and HSBS is less headache...
