Raise a complaint with customer care for Reward Account creation. After that you will be able to see the Reward section in app only.

Also I am unable to transact on freecharge. I paid about 5 cc bills and then this error came. Then I tried logging on freecharge with diff ph no, and it took me to otp page but as idfc is down, so trxn got failed.

yep, it worked for me too 1 min back and then again down.

What a shitshow. I use IDFC once a month (every 20th) as all my cc bills have this date and then this problem...

Dnt use visa card, if IDFC block your rewards account. You will face huge losses.

Could u please explain what it blocks account if one uses visa card and would it not block if we use rupay card?
