This is old first reward portal. Update you IDFC Mobile app then try to redeem it.

U will be able to redeem points after 14 working days from the date of credit

For checking rewards after opening the app on top left side click on 3 lines u will be able to see first rewards options and points and to redeem click on that u will be redirected to other website where u can redeem those points

Bhai, how to use RBL Sig+ DC for Axis CC bill payment on Axis App? I'm only getting deduction from savings account as option in the Axis App.

IDFC now changed t&c

only one time welcome rewards (no matter which dc you used).

New customers - apply firstap RuPay dc and use on phonepe app cc bill pay and get welcome rewards. (you still get 2k, 4k, 8k and 20k welcome rewards on firstap RuPay card, if you dnt use your primary dc).

transaction rewards and 10x reward is eligible on firstap RuPay dc.

, i was also facing same problem to view IDFC reward points. Since i was new, i called cc, they told, for me "member profile" was not created for some reason, so they created ticket to create member profile after 4 days, it got created and later it started appearing.

Just load and pay. There are no complications. What's the problem are you facing?

Paid 1.0 lac using idfc select first tap and got 10k reward points. Till last months first 50k = 1k point and after that 10 points for every 100. So 50k=5k reward points.
So for first 1.0 lac ideally 6k reward points should be credited but they have credited 10k. Is there any update in t&c? Max cap per month for select ac is still 30k, right?
