Yes strange got option in my account brother's account but no option in mom's account.

Contact your RM/BM, the backend team will issue firstap card on your mom's account.

See the screenshot attached, basically when I’m trying to apply for the second time for the first tap sticker because for the first time I had a wealth account which got upgraded to private, and then the sticker was closed and from last two weeks, I’m trying to apply, but it is always throw a error. and yes, I have already emailed my RM. I have called to the customer care. They don’t a clue have reinstalled the app, still the same error. Anybody face this issue? How do they resolve it?

Update - 26/02/2025 - to resolve this error of "unable to process your request" call your RM/BM and...

I dont think there are any method left for RBL SPDC

RBL Signature+ DC -

pay axis cc bill through axis app/axis net banking,

you will see freecharge gateway option.

MCC Code - 6300

Note - do Rs100 transaction and confirm once with RBL customer care.

Hmm, Sometimes the rewards for big amount transactions are not given automatically or you have to wait.

Anyway, you'll definitely get the rewards; you just have to wait.

By the way, your account wasn’t upgraded, right?

For some people, even after their account is upgraded, their Firstap card remains the old account variant.

Just a few days ago, someone received a ₹4K welcome reward on Wealth account. He mentioned that his Firstap card is an old one from when his account was a Select account.

I got my sbi vdc last month in Feb and last month and this month both months I have paid more than 50k cc bill each month but still got only 0.5% points and not 50k milestone extra 0.5%..what should I do please please help

IDFC bro.

SBI milestone - you need to wait 2-3 months. Milestone reward also credited on back dates.
