I have been trying since last week, uninstalled and installed the app twice but still not working. And I tried doing the transaction with different amounts ranging from 1000 to 25000.

Minimum transaction is 1k+
Do other transactions, dnt worry sometimes IDFC bank missed some transaction rewards or welcome rewards.
Your 2nd transaction you will get welcome bonus reward or if you wait then high chance you will get welcome rewards after 30 days or max 2-3 months.

I told many times that rewards for transactions done on 1st of the month are always late...you will get them within 20 days if not send them an email and they will credit manually...i always do on 3rd of 4th of the month and get reward points within 2 to 4 days
Yes going to try that once today and see if it works.
I did the same transaction in jan and feb 1st and 2nd only and that all credited in 3 or 4 days max. hence i deduced it's kinda patched.Strange. Anyways if it comes in 20 days, well and fine. if not then I can put the indusind dc in the drawer.

I did a txn of 5033 on MobiKwik via Sbi Jcb rupay platinum debit card but didn't get any points.
Maybe txn through vdc giving points on MobiKwik

I also tried Mobiwick + SBI VDC. Got only welcome points. Should i try Paytem / Phonepe + SBI VDC ?

Well i have received points for transactions done on 3rd march within 2 days and have also redeemed them

Yes normal. do other transaction in march.
sometime new cards are not linked with rewardz system or IDFC missed some transaction rewardz.
if you wait 2-3 months, all rewards will auto credit
Or complaint to IDFC after 30 days, they will manually credit.

Can someone confirm if CC payment made through Mobiwick using SBI Rupay VDC gets regular reward points or not ?
Here, guys are telling Mobiwick + SBI VDC does NOT gives reward points.
I know, @Abhishek012 has clearly mentioned "PhonePe, SBI Unipay, PayZapp, Navi, Paytm, Freecharge, BillDesk etc" in his post, NOT mentioned Mobiwick.
Has anybody done in mobiwick ?
I did minor (3K) in mobiwick and did not get points. Not sure by waiting i will get or will not get.
Or need to do in phonepay / paytm.

Some people got it in Visa, and some did not.
Some people got it in RuPay, and some did not.
