which network doesn't charge dcc on international transactions?

I make quite a few international transactions and recently saw my mc card variant had dcc charges in it. Never saw it on my visa variant cards. I can switch to rupay/visa/diners if needed as the charges are more than my reward rate.

If you are using it for paying playstation games, you can purchase PS wallet top up from Amazon and load it. For other transactions 0% forex mark up DC or CC doesn't charge dcc. I used fi dc for PS and Nintendo store, no dcc was charged.

actually, this was just an example, i also make some other international transactions which provide dcc services, hence wanted to know if diners/rupay charge dcc. Also, if i see some balance idle in my wallets, I'll end up spending unnecessarily during sales. 😅

I think all will charge if you do foreign transactions in INR
