Which Variant of BOB A/C is eligible for RuPay Select DC?

No. You can disable non-mandatory SMSes. So you won't be charged. But account is useless. I closed it last week after opening it 3 months ago.

You can disable through mobile app. After opening account you get an email that you will get net banking details in 3 days. I never got it. Only mobile app worked. There is no cheque book facility too. The mobile app is a pain in the ass. Most of the sections in the app do not work since you have an online only limited features account. The branch will not help you even though phone and mail support asks to visit branch. I finally closed it through visiting branch.

What's the difference between Professional and Super Saver? Both have similar/same AMB/AQB.
Which one should be opted for?

I dont think we can correlate 2 banks policies and also they dont have rupay select cc/dc

Open Canara Bank Account online and you can apply RUPAY SELECT also online.
Easiest process.

Myself upgraded, but now Bob world app not listing any new cards for applying. It is giving error like No eligible card or account found through mobile banking.
