agreed, TWT is the best!

67 gm protein per 100 gm is not good unfortunately.

Check Isopure isolate
For plant based it good I have used Alphino peanut based protein powder it around 76% as per trustified plus have ordered whey protein too from NutraBox for 2,350 coconut ice cream wanted to taste if it good or bad if good would order 3kg and more and be done with 1yr stack of 8-12kg of protein.

Any reason for taking plant based? Are you vegan

How did you solve your 'lactose intolerance'?
It a long story of my battle with lactose to keep it short I didn't had any health issue expect this stupid lactose started experiencing after 2-3 yr of joining gym in 2018 ish so I knew i had to take a "stool" test but i was like yike i just can't

so fast forward in June of 2025 i was very sick like common cold and body won't recover so doctor is like you need a blood test and stool but I didn't knew that about stool test. So after blood test i was like let do this and so in the report some bacteria something was in my stomach and after 1 week of taking medicine i was feeling normal

so I asked the doctor is my lactose issue is resolved he is like it should be so started with 250ml of milk drank much on Sunday thinking I'm at home what worst will happen that i didn't knew.
so no issue and then afterward been drinking A2 milk 500ml with whey and no issue anymore so I knew about everything about lactose and took every pill they was so I'm glad I was dumb thinking it really a issue but reality is human can't be lactose intolerance cause first thing we drink is our mother milk so I knew everything still was grossed to take a "stool" test.
Life teach you lesson one way or the another.

Except humans, practically every other adult mammals are lactose intolerant. The body stops producing the necessary enzymes in adult.
For human adults, lactose tolerance is a special genetic attribute that originated in the Steppes, possibly a result of interbreeding with Neanderthals. Indians inherited it from the Steppes people (so called Aryans). So adult lactose tolerance is most prevalent in Northern & Western Indian population and gradually goes down both Southwards and East/North East wards. About 80% of North East Indian population are lactose intolerant.

Milk is used in many dishes too apart from normal consumption.

Without Curd in rice etc , the meal is incomplete for us.

So
You took a stool test. Bacterial presence/infection was remedied by some medicine.

Do you have any suggestions for people who can’t handle lactose? The best one I must say.
