Online miles redemption is still not active. One will have to either connect with the call center or visit their city office for redemption.

Yeah and family pooling requires emails with lots of details and again validation by each member by sending emails. What an outdated messy way of doing things in this day and age!

While the 'Book a Flight' option to redeem miles is enabled, the site is still not active. Tried redeeming miles since the last 2 days via various browsers, but still getting the same issue.

It is working now, used it for a nice business class redemption thanks to Citi prestige. It's shame that Air India is still not on the axis transfer partner list.

yes ,i too faced issues.Many times it showed zero points. I think finally i used safari withou any add ons. you may try calling the call center as well. They started picking up after taken over by Tatas.
