Why do some ITC hotels not show Green points required for making reservations?

Do we have to select "Flexible Rate" option for this or any option can be chosen? Only "Flexible Rate" option mentions "No Pre payment required".
2nd doubt, is the card entered is charged before reaching the hotel if we don't choose "Flexible Rate" option?

1. For fortune it’s default revenue rates only since we can book by GP only in ITC properties

Okay so for ITC hotels (like ITC Grand Goa) itself, I can select any option whichever is cheapest and still pay at the hotel using GP even if the selected option is not "Flexible Rate" one?

ITC work differently, each RP is equivalent to INR 1 and can be used to settle any bill at an ITC hotel
You don't have to book, ITC club reward night, u need to do a normal book which has an option of pay at hotel
you will still need to enter your credit card details, you wont be charged
when you check in, you just need to say you want to pay using points and remaining in cash, if there is any shortage

But how does this work. Example - I want to book a hotel 3 months from now. If it says Green points value =10k today, then does this value change after 2 months when i pay at the hotel using my points after 2 months? or will it still be 10k points only? @Wealth is my birth right! ?

Yes but some exemptions there
For ITC goa we can’t use GP at any cost
We pay by card and get some bonus GP based upon membership level
