Once you enter unserviceable pincode the application is locked. No option to edit. Also they check pincode from aadhaar.

I have entered pincode in the application which is serviceable as per their website but still they rejected my application saying location is not serviceable. They should have picked the pincode from the aadhaar

I don't know. But ideally the time limit should be till the membership is active.

Though, I would say it is safer to redeem it ASAP since you never know if and when they invoke their special powers and remove/modify the benefit.

It won't/shouldn't. You should be able to extend the new membership post 18th.
