Yes. Check myntra QR scan option. Just add any apparel on myntra checkout, QR scan. I guess it must be same for offline zudio too.

I did a ₹500 online transaction the first time itself, and I received the jewels as per the offer. So I don't know the answer to your question. (That's why I didn't respond, thinking that someone who knows the answer would respond to you). I followed the limits mentioned for all my first transactions in each category and I received 1000 Jewels in total (250 jewels each for 4 categories; I get a better cashback for utility bill category, so I did not utilise that offer).

Guys those of u who have still not applied for the Jupiter Csb edge+ card hurry up (and dont forget to use my referral link😏). As u might know Scapia was running a similar referral campaign wherein if u refer 5 people successfully then they were giving an Apple watch. Now Scapia has scrapped that Apple watch offer and is giving some lame Rayban sunglasses instead. I have a hunch that Jupiter's Apple offer might also not last long.

Jupiter is still much better than Scapia in approving the card. They rejected my scapia card application also without any reason. Look at this poor guy in reddit: he referred the Scapia card to 21 people and still didnt manage to get 5 successful approvals:-
