Same here. Seems they were not getting new customers since they stopped referrals earlier.

Given Jupiter's poor customer service, I am Staying away from this referral scheme. It's unnecessary burden with no significant achievable benefits.

For the person who is giving his referral code there is Rs.1k reward. But for the person using the referral link to apply for the card no monetery benefit from Jupiter this time(unlike last time). Although u can squeeze out some money depending on ur negotiation skills😉. Dont want to elaborate more as mods r watching😅 #iykyk

During previous referral program, both referrer and referee were getting 1000, however referrals were not getting tracked properly.

This time T&C doesn’t have any clear benefits mentioned for referee.

They have not mentioned in TnC because they r no more giving 1k to the referee. Only giving it to the referring person. That too only 4k (for 4 successful referrals). On 5th referral we will not get Rs.1k. Only Taj voucher. Looks like Jupiter burnt all its money in last referral reward so cutting costs this time. This is similar to Tata neu referral system where the referee gets no special reward. Only the person giving his referral code gets neucoins

These are not bugs but features to prevent proper tracking of referrals.

They are also not honoring cashback offers on 3rd party apps...Blinkit ran a offer in last week of november....50 Rs cashback on jupiter upi and 150 Rs if paid through CSB CC on jupiter app...Cashback was supposed to be credited within 7 days and its been 2 weeks now

today when i checked with blinkit, they told we don't know anything check with jupiter and contacting jupiter support team is difficult then reaching on jupiter planet.

Now i use jupiter upi only for instant discount offer not cashback.

All those offers are first time UPI. They don't clearly mention whether it's first time for jupiter or first time on the particular merchant. We mistake it for merchant and don't get any reward.
