why i am not allowed to upload profile picture

i have tried to have a dp on my Technofino profile but i am not allowed. tell me the reasons

I agree, but it's just TF (TechnoFino) rules. It will take you only couple of replies and you will be upgraded to TF Buzz.

Afterwards you were able to post your DP.
