Why RBL indian oil xtra cards is best card?

i Hold indian oil Xtra card from RBL bank which gives 7.5 % + 1 % fuel surcharge. also iam getting 1% for all the spends.
always i'm getting reward point which is convertible into indian oil points with 99+GST extra cost. i never suggest to redeem any other category..
i have confusion when and how they add our points are added. i couldn't see after the bill also. sometime while i spend few points are added and when i dont spend i can see more reward points..

but i need to pay 1500 as joining fee. while RBL card give 1000 cashback from cashkaro and 1500 rupees from RBL . we can save . what about SBI octane

BPLC Octane also gives 6000 pts (Rs. 1500) as welcome benefit. But not available in cashkaro.
Normal BPCL card is available with Rs. 1400 cashkaro rewards (which also comes with welcome benefits equaling joining fees) which can be upgraded to BPCL octane later.

Just now checked, RBL card gets only 800 cashback from cashkaro.

Note: Cashkaro gives rewards only if you are new to the bank customer for both these banks.

RBL bank is terrible man , refrain from there products
I had a amazing experience freaking for everything they will give a lame useless excuse and never give a solution that’s y even though I had reward points I just closed it cause I couldn’t handle them and there lame excuses

1. Buying iocl voucher from park+ using sbi cb... gives 5 percent straight cb and 1 percent iocl coins upon refilling... plus reward points for paying bills .. which is more than 7 percent returns in total

2. When Iocl pump is not available then I use indie account... gives 3% indie coins irrespective of iocl / bpcl / hp... value of each indie coin is 1 re

3. When it's hpcl pump... either use atlas + hpcl gv route or simply load hpcl wallet with idfc dc... gives rp on wallet load as well... and hpcl coins on refilling

Sure point no.1 will not be permanent. When sbi notice the transaction it will change norms
