RBL Indian Oil XTRA Card's haphazard Reward Points

The RBL Indian Oil XTRA card is disappointing. It offers significantly fewer points for fuel transactions at Indian Oil, failing to deliver the promised 15 reward points per ₹100 spent on IOCL transactions. The rewards portal shows random inconsistent points. Inaccurate reward calculations reflect in the portal even after fueling up from IOCL COCO Pumps. Additionally, there's a delay of over 60 days (two billing cycles) for reward points to reflect. Really disappointed. Will close after 3 months. Mails have response time of over 1 week. I saw another thread in Reddit showcasing the same issue - RBL Bank Inconsistent Points.

Hello, can someone help me with calculating the reward I'm supposed to get

I made a transaction of Rs. 404.21 at Indian oil on the iocl machine.

I was charged Rs. 408.98 in my statement. All okay till now as this includes the surcharge

I recieved my first statement yesterday. Now in the statement , Its says I have only 8 rewards.

How did they calculate this ? I'm certain it's wrong as I didn't see the bonus icon in the app too.

I inserted the card and followed the steps to the T. Seems like they've only given me base points.

I've raised a complaint regarding the same.

No u can redeem on any knowledge petrol pump from pos itself on BPCL

here is no knowledgeable person of it. toh kya main unn points se amazon k voucher ya recharge kar sakta hu most prefer voucher hi mill jae

You can use Paytm or any other pos machine also. But no guarantee of bonus RPs. you have to escalate and then RBL will manually add RPs and from that month bonus RPs will too credit automatically.

Bpcl hi accha hai. No issues with points credit. Every single transaction i make with RBL , I have to reach out to them to manually credit ( inspite of using fiserv and icici machine).

I'm waiting for few more months, if they don't update will complain to rbi
