Will 4 online transactions be enough to apply for HDFC Regalia Priority Pass?

Hi, I received my Regalia card yesterday and saw that I can apply for a priority pass after doing 4 retail transactions. So if I do 4 online transactions, I have already done two phones recharges from amazon pay using this card. Will these count as retail transactions?

I have a add-on card for Regalia. Do I need to 4 transactions in both the cards to get Priority Pass for both?
I think just 4 transactions from Primary card are enough, but don't want to take chance. Can anyone please confirm.
